Aggressively Pursuing a Dream, the Roundup

I hope everyone had a wonderful week of investing and pursuing their financial dreams! Having had my first full week as a live blog has been exciting and I am looking forward to a long and productive future! My primary goal of this site is to develop a permanent record of my investments, while delving into various investments, personal finance, and the random bits of life I encounter.

Some awesome articles I read this week:

Financially Integrated (FI): How to be a contented investor? – Finding happiness and success in your investments is a multifaceted process, and FI does a nice job laying these facets out. My favorite of the group? Understand what you are investing in; without this, you are subject to following the herd. When you know where you are going, you have that much less to worry about.

Dividend Growth Investor: Warren Buffet Dividend Stock Strategy – This is an awesome post breaking down the core investing principles of the world’s best investor, and how this translates to anyone interested in following a dividend growth model of investing.

The Stoic Investor: Expense Reduction Project 2013 – Stoic examines how the small changes in life resulting in slightly lower expenses can turn into a nice chunk of change if the savings are diligently invested. Intentional frugality at its finest! Good luck on your savings, Stoic!

Retire by 40: Peer-to-Peer Lending isn’t as passive as I thought –RB40 shares his filtering and returns with peer-to-peer lending at Prosper, and how he plans on moving forward with both Prosper and Lending Club. Good luck with your future investments, RB40!

Link love! Thanks so much for the link!
