I think this is due to an increased interest in P2P Lending as a whole and faster investment by those with automated tools. The Wells Fargo ban really added some additional media eyes to Lending Club in January.

Additionally, the beginning and end of the month is always heavy with institutional dollars, so that could also be a factor.

Nice progress on the investment and catching up on posts fronts. I read somewhere Prosper was really lacking in notes recently. I’ve also noticed that with LC recently big time. Just a week or two ago there were plenty of loans to choose from. Not so much this week. Definitely a frustration.
